Salute Brother,
When you were younger, you probably had a fairly simple idea of success.
Work hard. Become good at something. Build a career or business. Make money. Start a family.
And somewhere along the way, earn the ability to live on your own terms.
Maybe you are already well on your way.
You have achieved things your younger self would be proud of. You carry responsibility. People depend on you.
And your life may already be very good.
This isn't about escaping it.
It's about asking how much better it could become.
More control over your time. More adventure. More experiences worth remembering. More choice over where and how you live.
More men around you who challenge and inspire you.
And the certainty that the life you're working so hard to build is one you'll actually want to live twenty years from now.
Because the further you go, the more you begin to realise something:
A business can make you wealthy while making it impossible to switch off.
A career can give you status while deciding where you live and how you spend your days.
You can build a beautiful home in a place that no longer reflects the values you want for your family.
You can know hundreds of people and still have very few men around you whose judgement you would actually trust.
You can win one part of the game...
...and lose the others.
Most men never stop to define what all the work is actually for.
More money?
Another promotion?
Another zero?
Fine.
But then what?
For most of us, the answer eventually comes down to the same thing:
But freedom isn't one thing.
It is a system.
At GRIM, we break it into four parts.
Money gives you options.
The goal is simple: reach the point where you decide what comes next, not your bills, employer or business.
Your body must work.
Strength. Energy. Endurance.
Know what you believe.
Know what you stand for.
Live where you want to live.
Raise your family where you believe they should grow up.
Money. Body. Belief. Place.
Lose control of one and sooner or later it starts affecting the others.
Build all four and something changes.
Sounds simple.
But there is something most men completely underestimate.
Their environment.
Would you trade lives with any of them?
Not careers.
Lives.
You are careful about who you hire.
Who you do business with.
Where you invest your money.
Where you raise your children.
But who decided which men would surround you?
Usually, nobody.
It just happened.
School. University. Work. Your neighbourhood. Business.
A few friendships that survived along the way.
And many of those men may be good men.
This isn't about replacing your old friends.
But men take different roads.
At 25, that difference may not matter much.
At 40, you can be living completely different lives.
One man is still talking about what he could do.
Another is building.
One stopped taking care of his body ten years ago.
Another wants to be dangerous at 60.
One thinks a two-week holiday is freedom.
Another is redesigning his life so he can decide where he spends the year.
And that matters. A lot.
One Grim might show you how he built a company that runs without him.
Another moved his family to a country you never considered.
Another has already raised the children you're just starting to raise.
Another might drag you onto an expedition you would never have booked yourself.
You talk. You learn. You steal what works.
Sometimes one conversation saves you five years.
Now, you might be thinking:
Good.
So do many men in the Ring.
This isn't about replacing them.
But friendship and direction are not always the same thing.
You can love a man you've known since school and still recognise that you're building very different lives.
You can have friends to drink with.
Friends from work.
Business friends.
But how many men do you know whose lives you genuinely admire?
Their marriage.
Their discipline.
How they raise their children.
How they think.
How they handle pressure.
And the fact that after everything they've already achieved...
there is still fire in them.
That is rarer.
So where do you find men like that?
Probably not by collecting another hundred business cards.
Masterminds can be useful.
So can business networks, private clubs and online communities.
But usually there is one reason everyone is in the room.
Business. Investing. Fitness. Networking.
And when that thing ends, the relationship often ends with it.
So we asked a different question:
Business, yes. But also family, health, values, adventure, where to live and what to build.
And what all of this is actually for.
That question became something real –

GRIM started with a simple belief:
4.5 Millionpeople now know GRIM through our films, books and ideas.
But watching videos was never the point.
You have to do something with it.
So behind everything you see publicly, we built something else.
Smaller.
Private.
Selective.
A place for men who don't just talk about values, responsibility and living differently.
They try to live it.
The Ring isn't something you follow. It's something you live.
Sometimes it's dinner with six Grims in your city.
Sometimes it's three days in the mountains with men who flew in from ten different countries.
Sometimes families come together.
Sometimes business happens.
Sometimes you train.
Sometimes you sit around a fire until 2AM talking about things you wouldn't discuss at a networking event.
And sometimes a Grim simply sends you a message:
That's the Ring.
Not another feed to scroll through.
And this is where it gets interesting.
Because the value isn't really the event.
It's what can happen afterwards.
You land in a city you've never visited before.
A Grim picks you up.
You meet his family. He shows you the place through the eyes of someone who actually lives there.
Months later, he's in your city.
Now he's at your table.
Another Grim invites you on an expedition.
You almost say no.
Too busy.
Too much going on.
You go anyway.
Three years later, it's one of the stories you still tell.
Your children know some of these men.
Your wife knows their wives.
A conversation changes how you run your company.
Another changes where you decide to live.
Someone calls when he needs help.
And when your own life gets difficult, there are men you can call too.
Not followers.
Not contacts.
That is what we're trying to build.
And now, we want to build more of it much closer to home.
USA East chapter
The Ring already has men across the region.
New York. Virginia. Florida. And all places in between.
But we don't want a chapter that exists as a name on a map.
We want a strong one.
Men close enough to meet regularly.
Share a table.
Bring their families together.
Plan something on a Friday and actually do it on Saturday.
Help each other when something goes wrong.
And slowly build the kind of relationships that cannot be manufactured in a WhatsApp group.
Right now, we are looking for more good men across the East Coast.
Men still in the arena.
Building businesses, careers and families.
Men with traditional values.
Men with something to contribute.
Not because we need more names on a membership list.
Because we want to see what this chapter can become.
Local chapter. Global Ring.
Your chapter gives you men close to home.
The Ring gives you something else.
Flying to Europe?
There are Grims there.
Dubai?
There are Grims there.
Australia?
Same.
A work trip can turn into dinner.
A family holiday can turn into a weekend with people you didn't know a year ago.
And several times each year, men from across the Ring meet at Grim Fests and expeditions around the world.
Eventually you start hearing one sentence a lot:
And the beautiful thing is:
They mean it.
You can read everything on this page and still not understand the Ring as well as you will by listening to the men inside it. So listen to them.
Good. It shouldn't be.
A brotherhood is only as strong as the men inside it.
We don't need spectators. We don't need status seekers. And we don't need men joining simply because they want access to successful people.
You don't need to have life figured out. None of us do.
But you need to be in the arena.
Building something. Leading something. Taking responsibility for something.
Founder, executive, investor, professional, athlete, creator. Whatever. Your title isn't the interesting part. We care about the man behind it.
Your character. Your values. Your direction.
And one question:
What do you bring to the Ring?
Maybe experience. Knowledge. Connections. Perspective. Energy.
Maybe you are simply the kind of man who answers the phone when another Grim needs you.
That counts for a lot.
If you value family and personal responsibility...
If you want greater ownership over your own life...
If you are still ambitious about the years ahead...
And if you believe good men become stronger around other good men...
There may be a place for you in the Ring.
Tell us who you are, what you're building and what you're looking for.
We review your application and determine whether there appears to be a mutual fit.
If selected, you'll speak privately with a member of the Ring.
No scripted sales call.
Two men deciding whether this is right for both sides.
If there is a fit, you'll receive an invitation to enter the Ring.
The question is what it looks like ten years from now.
Did success make you freer?
Or just busier?
Is your body still capable?
Are you raising your family somewhere you actually want to be?
Are there men around your table you respect?
Did you go places?
Take risks?
Build things?
Do things your children will still talk about?
Or did another decade disappear while you were busy preparing for “one day”?
The Ring cannot build your life for you.
And it shouldn't.
But you don't have to figure out every part of it alone.
Good men help.
Men who have gone where you want to go.
Men who see things differently.
Men who challenge you.
Men who show up.
That is the Ring.
And right now, we are looking for more of those men on the East Coast.
If you are still in the arena...
If traditional values still mean something to you...
And if you believe there is a bigger life still to build...

Private. Selective. By application only.
